terms of service
∙ Payment plans are only available for characters or projects $200+∙ Expected turn-around time is ~1-7 days but may take up to a month for animated comms.∙ Payment is either accepted upfront or after sketch, continuation of product will not be continued until payment is sent.∙ Art/designs by me are not permitted for commercial (merch sales, prints, vtubing, streaming, etc) usage without prior discussion with me.∙ Removal of credit/uploading outside of toyhou.se without explicit credit is not permitted. [profile pictures are fine with explicit credit in bio]∙ Client is allowed up to 4 minor alterations max to a piece before I will start charging extra∙ I am within my full right to refuse any commission for any reason- nor do I need to specify why if I do not feel the need to.I will not draw:∙ not safe for work∙ Suggestive works of underage/aged-up characters∙ Material with the sole purpose to offend others∙Work for ai or nft usage∙ Hateful art/pieces meant to incite harrassment(a.k.a. art solely meant to defame/make an individual/group look bad or send hate their way)This may be updated at any time.
